Positive: The apartment was nice, clean and modern. The bedroom was beautiful and elegant. Easy access and easy self check in. Very close to the metro Rato and close to some bus stops, the position was nice and the neighborhood felt safe.
Negative: I booked the Baixa-Chiado (that I am now rating as this is still my booking) but we were redirected to another location owned by the same host, in Rua Maestro Pedro de Freitas Branco. This can happen, but it’s never nice when you don’t get a chance to stay where you booked. The room came into an apartment, with another room available for other clients. The bathroom (wc) was not inside the room, but outside, in the middle of the apartment. It was a private bathroom, but it was quite uncomfortable to have to go out of the room to go to the toilet, especially considering the presence of other people in the apartment. Since this was not clearly mentioned, that’s something we really did not appreciate. The position was nice and close to a metro, but only the yellow one, which basically always requires to change to get to the city center. It was also close to some bus stops, but not very useful as in Lisbon buses and trams are really not reliable.
